This policy describes how UNLOCK YOU LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company operating as Unlock You, handles personal information collected through unlockyourlifestyle.com and our coaching services.

• End-user mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

2What We Collect

While this site is a temporary placeholder, the information we collect is limited to what you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the content of any message you send through the chat on this site. We also collect standard technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address and device type, which our hosting provider uses to serve and secure the site.

3How We Use It

We use the information you provide to answer your question, follow up about coaching programs you have asked about, and — where you have opted in — send you program updates and offers. We do not sell your personal information.

4Text Messaging & Consent

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, your consent to receive those messages is never shared with, or sold to, any third party for any purpose. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. 5Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the business — for example, our website host, our customer relationship and messaging platform, and our payment processor. These providers may process personal information only to perform services on our behalf, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. As stated above, mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are excluded from any sharing beyond the support-service providers required to deliver the messages you asked for.

6Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@unlockyourlifestyle.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

7Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
